When you complete a purchase order for something Beautiful from Precious Betty you are offering to purchase the product and agreeing to our price as listed on our on-line store.
SHOPPING
After you’ve finally chosen and placed your order with Precious Betty, you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that we have received your order.
We will process it according to stock availability.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days of payment being received and cleared.
You will receive notification from Precious Betty when your product has been shipped
Precious Betty may reject your Purchase Order, and refund any
payment made by you, at any time.
Payment can be made by using PayPal, our merchant gateway, using high level encryption key length security.
PRICING POLICY
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax)
For our international customers; Precious Betty’s prices online do not include import duties and custom charges, which you may incur when your parcel arrives in your country. For more information please contact your local customs office.
Prices on Precious Betty’s on-line store are subject to change.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Precious Betty!
Precious Betty is lovingly handmade. Every one of our products are unique. We try to ensure that the images we show on our online store are as close as possible to the items we supply to you. However nature produces no two pearls or stones alike so there will be variations in colour and size! This is what makes our jewellery so PRECIOUS!
EXCHANGE
We do not refund if you change your mind but we will happily assist you in making a different choice for an item of equal value. We can also provide you with a credit note if you decide to return your purchase.
If for some reason you are not satisfied please email us to arrange an exchange on preciousbetty@hotmail.com The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
The items need to be returned to us in original, unused, undamaged condition with “proof of purchase”. Once we have received the goods we will arrange your exchange, or credit note.
Please note we cannot offer exchange on earrings due to health and safety reasons.
REFUNDS FOR FAULTY ITEMS
Precious Betty is made with all loving care and attention, but as with all handmade products, on very rare occasions we will have imperfections.
Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 2 months of purchase.
Whilst we know you will want to wear your Precious Betty all the time, items that are damaged as a result of excessive wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Once the item has been assessed and found to be faulty a full refund can be made via the original payment method.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product or similar, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items, or if the item is nolonger in stock we will refund. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. Please allow 21 days for replacement.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
We do not refund or exchange on sale items. For your protection we recommend that you insure your return for the full value of the item(s) as we can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
SHIPPING
At Precious Betty we have a Standard postage and handling fee - within Australia, including GST, using Australia Post.
Allow 3-5 days if item is in stock, or 7-10 if we must make especially.
This covers all processing, handling and postage no matter the destination - $10.00
PRECIOUS BETTY will ship to almost everywhere in the world!
We have a $20.00 per item shipping fee. For large orders we can negotiate a better rate.
At Precious Betty we know that sometimes you need your jewels urgently so for urgent deliveries please contact us.
NON-DELIVERY
Should your order fail to arrive within 28 days from date of the payment being cleared, please let us know at preciousbetty.com
CARE OF YOUR PRECIOUS BETTY JEWELLERY
Our jewellery is handmade, from freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones and other precious goodies.
Treat it lovingly, refrain from covering it in perfumes and creams.
Keep it out of the swimming pool and salt water and store it in its pouch.
A good polish will restore its lustre.
We don’t recommend our jewellery for young children, and it may be harmful if sucked or chewed, not to mention become unwearable!
